  Cleaning is a zero, when I got to my room the sheets haven't been changed from last people that were there. Full of stains and sand, toilets smell horrible, probably cause of the drains. Bathroom is way too small to have a shower. The way drinks are served is in a small plastic cup. No security what so ever in the hotels anyone can get in. I boutgth an all inclusive package and I have seen no difference from other cheap package. End of all you pay what you get. Mattresses were worst than horrible.

  I have booked a twin/double room in Sahara Nubia Gobi, but got a large room for 4 persons with a huge balcony in one of the main buildings (Habana). Everything was great. My two years old son really enjoyed.

  Wurden vor Ort umgebucht in das Copacabana Bay gehört auch zu den MLL Hotels. Preis Leisungsverhätnis absout ok, Zimmer geräumig und sauber, für einen drei Tages Tripp weiterzuempfehen.

  I stayed here at Easter with my 7yr old and my dad. We had 2 rooms in Sahara block, my dad's single room was on the 5th floor, perfect size for one person with a fantastic balcony. Our room was the floor below, the room was on the small side but perfect for us. The food at meal times was varied with lots of choice. The staff at every part of the hotel were excellent, reception, bar staff, dining room staff, cleaners all were pleasant and happy to help

  The first rooms we were given were in the Nubia block, the rooms were small, very scruffy and the mattresses on the beds were extremely uncomfortable, also the room doors were not secure, given a had enough push anyone could enter the room. When I asked to move rooms, the man at reception helped me right away

  Bij aankomst werd me meteen aangeboden om in een ander hotel te verblijven wat verder weg in Arenal weg ligt! En ik ben ziek geworden van het eten!!

  No air conditioning in room,very low water pressure, took ages to get water into the sink.We found getting drinks a bit of a problem,as we had to go to other hotel for them.

  Hotel war voll....mussten umziehen in ein schlechteres und viel zu weit weg vom zentrum arenals:-(...keine preisentschädigung!!!...totaler mist!

  Moved hotels as over booked. Wasn't asked was told. Always use this hotel. Terrible communication with hotel staff. Complained several times. Other hotel is part and was called caribbeanBay. Lack of all facilities. I have 5 days booked in Oct and hope I don't experience the same again. I probably won't use this hotel after this unless there is dramatic changes. Also I won't reccomend this hotel to others as don't want them to be disappointed. PalmaBay complex on the other hand is FAB. Close to everything and good value for money. Disappointed to have been told its because I only stay for 2/3 days a time. (At least every 6 weeks I visit mind you). Food in main complex is fine along with the bar. Very friendly along with the entertainment team.
