  The hotel is spotless, fastidiously clean, and well maintained. The staff are courteous and friendly, well presented and helpful. In particular, the entertainment team work hard to include guests in various activities; they are energetic, friendly and talented. The food is surprisingly good for a all inclusive; plenty of choice and reasonably international. Uneaten food might get recycled into other dishes the following day, but I expect this to be common practice. Location is excellent. A few minutes walk into the small town with bars, shops and entertainment are, and the hotel has a small beach (now restored after last years storm damage). Varied, and generally good evening entertainment after mini disco for children.

  The facilities are perhaps too modest for the number of rooms. At peak times (school holidays) I doubt you would find any space around the pool or a table in the restaurant. The hotel did nothing to discourage guests 'reserving' sun beds, so you need to get down before 8.30 (out of busy periods, earlier if busy) if you want somewhere to lie around the pool.

  Friendly, helpful staff who smiled and acted politely. Immensely hard working entertainment team who helped make my children's holiday even better. Great location, good selection of food -- only rated 4 since it seemed that some of the food was recycled or simply left over from earlier meal times. But even so, the choice was varied, tasty and plentiful. They catered for a diverse clientele, chips and burgers were not prominent, fish, meats and salads were.

  Noise attenuation between apartments was poor, but that would be the same for many apartment blocks. The main pool is shaded for much of the day and thus too cold to be inviting; it was rarely used by most guests. The kids' pool however was perfect for our needs, as was the small beach immediately adjacent.

  The hotel is set in an excellent location and is very clean. The rooms are a great size with a TV that offers English channels such as BBC1, BBC2, Channel4, Film 4 and SKY International NEWS.

  Hotel swimming pool and beach fanatastic great location. Family friendly no restrictions on your stay could take food and drink out of restaurant and eat on sun bed or outside tables . The food was amazing in quality and choice and availability ! Pool bar staff worked so hard to give u a great service once ordered at bar would bring food to your sun lounger ! Towels offered free of charge to use on beach and by pool could change as much as you liked just ensure your return all at end of stay. Rooms lovely and spacious . Highly recommend this hotel!

  struttura ottima con personale molto gentile, simpatico ed efficiente.. Molto pulito, ottima ed abbondante cucina con ampia scelta di cibi. Zona tranquilla ma a due passi dai divertimenti. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

  la spiaggia dell'albergo non è bella e ci sono tante alghe quindi per fare il bagno bisogna spostarsi
