This family-run country house is comprised of 7 small cottages surrounded by a garden; all are independent and can be studio type. In addition there are 1 or 2-bedroom cottages. There is a TV lounge, a small bar and a car park for those arriving by car. There is a barbecue area and a room with a fully equipped kitchen, for the communal use of all guests. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and especially for walkers - many of the famous 'Levada' walks on the island have their starting point in Santana.

Each cottage is equipped with a bedroom and bathroom and all accommodation is en suite with shower, bath and hairdryer. Further features include satellite/cable TV, a safe and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a living room/dining area and a porch with a small garden.

Fans of the fairway can head to the nearest golf course, Santo da Serra, which is approximately 30 km from the country house.

This rural country house, featuring several separate cottages is located on the north coast of the island - Santana - a place classified as a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Two of the main points of attraction that can be found in the vicinity are the Madeira Theme Park, a place well worth a visit, and the typical houses of Santana in the centre of the village, distinguished by its triangular shape and roofs covered with straw. The airport is about 40 km away and Funchal, the capital of the island, is approximately a 45-minute drive away.
