This air-conditioned city hotel is composed of the 4-storey north tower and a newer 8-storey south tower, offering a total of 400 guest rooms. Business guests and conventioneers comprise the hotel's winter clientele, while groups and cruise-ship passengers congregate here during the summer. Public areas are smoke-free all year round, but smoking rooms are available to guests during summer months. Complimentary 24-hour transportation is provided to and from the airport and the Alaska Railroad depot. Further facilities include a lobby with reception and check out, a hotel safe, lift access, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access and parking for those arriving by car. For an additional fee guests can make use of the laundry service.

An en suite bathroom with bath and shower, a hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, an ironing set and tea and coffee making facilities come as standard.
