Para quien quiera hacer turismo y pagar poco por un hotel es ideal. No tiene lujos pero para ir simplemente a dormir esta bastante bien. Altamente recomendable para turistas

I think the hotel have more Twin rooms. I stayed at the Double room, and my friend and I were small, so it was enough that we could share the double bed; but either of us might sleep on the floor if we were big people.

Staff were frendly. All facilities were very clean.

Disappointed by lack of range/choice at breakfast, particularly a healthy choice. would have preferred to see some fruit and a choice of bread product other than white sliced.

Very near to museums.Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walk to tube station.

I'm from Madrid (Spain) and I have visited many European cities (Paris, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Amsterdam and Warsaw). I am 21 years old and I'm not too demanding with the hotels, because what I'm looking for is to have a place to sleep and shower. But the truth is that Westbury Hotel spoils the stay in London. ESPECIALMENTE POR SOLIDARIDAD CON LOS ESPAÑOLES NO OS RECOMIENDO QUE VAYAÍS A ESTE HOTEL. LA RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO ES MALÍSIMA. CUALQUIER HOSTAL DE 2 ESTRELLAS EN ESPAÑA ES MEJOR QUE ESTE ZULO DE HABITACIONES.

Has no positive aspect to be noted. The hotel is an absolute disaster. It was the worst hotel of my entire life. I don?t recommend anyone go to this hotel.

The room is very small and very very dirty. The towels were full of stains. The blanket of the bed was incredibly dirty and full of hair from other people. In the bathroom can not be two people together and, without doubt, the worst thing of all is that there was no bathtub or shower, so we had to shower directly on the floor of the bathroom and after that it was water logged. Breakfast consists of toast and cereal. There is no filter coffee maker, there is only soluble coffee (bad). The dining room is as small as the normal living room of a house in Madrid. This is the main problem of the dining room: there is not enough space to sit at the table and it is very difficult to access food.

The nearest underground station is Gloucester Road and is about 15 minutes. The only good thing is that this hotel is very close (20 minutes) of the Natural History Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum, but everything else is so horrible that you forget the positive side immediately on arrival.

easy check in and friendly staff rooms were clean

ordered a taxi from reception, but a car arrived which was unlicensed plus we were charged a fixed price of £12 to go to the Royal Albert hall which was a short distance away. Later on we hailed a black cab to go back to the hotel and it was only £5.20! This was the only fault i could make to an otherwise enjoyable stay

The place was absolutley fine. Not big, but there was room enough. I'm not going to say the place was flawless, spotless or anything, but you wouldn't walk in and go "yeuch!" at it. The staff were all great, no trouble from them at all. We got clean towels and our beds made up every day, so that was good, and the breakfast was fairly plain but it was sufficient. Just cereal, toast and that sort of thing. I would certainly go back there if I was thinking about going down to London again soon.

E' quello che ci aspettavamo, buona posizione rispetto alla metropolitana, posizione tranquilla e poco rumorosa e albergo nella norma, ci si può stare tranquillamente per una settimana.

Materassi scomodi, stanza di piccole dimensioni, lenzuola mai cambiate, non hanno mai pulito la camera durante il nostro soggiorno e colazione a dir poco SCARSISSIMA come qualità e varità.
