Other than its close location to Wembley Stadium, there is not a thing about this hotel I would recommend to others.
On arrival at this hotel, we were informed that our room was not ready but would be in approximately 30mins. We were asked to wait in the bar area. We asked the receptionist (who, like most of his colleagues was a trainee) to advise us when our room was ready. After more than an hour, no one had done so and we went back to reception only to be told that our room was still not ready. I would add that whilst queuing, a number of people in the check-in queue in front of us were given rooms. We asked to speak to the manager about this unacceptable situation, at which point a more experienced receptionist called over "just give them a different room". For the price we paid (£179 for 1 night without breakfast) I think the level of service and customer care was appalling and I would hope that anyone reading this review take note and look elsewhere for accommodation when visiting Wembley.

Really VALEU FOR MONEY!!
The room was the nicest thing in the hotel
The look of the hotel really looks from the donkies years
Not much, a part from the Wembley events there isnt much more to do. A bit far from London centre.

Staff are very polite and professional.
Hotel rooms generally feel a little shabby and tired.

Hotel location was poorly chosen, not really accessible to Central London at all (more often than not you need an overground, then a tube to get anywhere central). The bad thing is, there's not much to do in Wembley, so you've no choice. I'd recommend the hotel to business people who had to do business in Wembley and people who are over for any sport/concerts in Wembley stadium.

It was a useful location. The staff were pleasant and hospitable.
The hotel was outdated. The decor of the room was drab and depressing. The food was over priced and not presented professionally.

Rooms were disappointing, old fashioned and uncomfortable. Entire building needs a re-furb.

Good location, easy check in and free parking, great breakfast.
Nothing negative about the hotel but finding good local places to eat out was difficult.

Good location, easy check in and free parking, great breakfast.
Buen trato. Parking gratuito salvo eventos. Metro y autobus cercanos.
Baño anticuado.
El estadio de Wembley esta justo detras , por lo que se podrian incluir conciertos y eventos deportivos.
