- el horario de la piscina cerrar a las 18.00 horas me parece inapropiado en verano, ya que se podría disfrutar de la misma mínimo hasta las 20.00 horas. - no en todas las páginas de reserva del hotel vulcano avisan que en las cenas los caballeros tengan que llevar pantalón largo y cuando llegas al restaurante si no tienes pantalón largo no cenas o bien te ofrecen que te pongas un pantalón de camarero (me parece surrealista)

The hotel is amazing, the staff are brilliant and very helpful and this shows as this was my 13th time at the hotel.

As always best hotel in Tenerife,staff are the most pleasent i have the pleasure to encounter and that includes the Burj Al Arab where we stayed last month keep up the good work

sun bed problem as usual do not like to see towels being put on beds at 1.00am in the early morning the usual time being between 5.00am and 6.00am . this is ridiculas. it means not enough beds for residents. however i can understand the hotel has a slight problem in this area
splendid hotel
the only negative was that there were no tea making facilities in the room . we have had this facility in other 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in.
this area has a variety of splendid resturantswithin easy walking distance of this hotel

Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice but Evening Meals not so good, found meat quite tough. The soups were lovely though.

La comida no es fresca ni típica. El servicio no se presta a darte una estancia cómoda. Food is not fresh nor typical to the region. Service is not customer oriented.
