The hotel takes up a total area of 50000 m2 with courtyards and waterside pavilions. Sunshine, green plant and flowing water can be seen in every corner while red tile and white wall create an amorous and romantic expression of south California. The hotel boasts its seven international conference rooms and six clubs with eighty-eight kinds of delicacies for business people and fitness and recreation facilities, which together making it the only hotel for business and holiday spending in downtown area of Shanghai.

Each of the double and king-sized rooms has an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel enjoys a convenient traffic position, and it is located on the Fuping Road, adjacent to Middle Ring Line. It takes only 20 min to get there from anywhere of the downtown area. There is only a 40-min drive from the hotel to the Pudong Airpot and a 15 min drive to the Hongqiao Airport.
