Just a suggestion that a toaster would be a welcome addition to the breakfast room.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. Helpfulness even extended to outside the hotel premises. When we were looking at the map and trying to figure out how to get to one of the sights we were approached by one of the porters who told us which metro to get, which ticket to buy and which direction to take after leaving the Metro.
Botanical Gardens a short walk from hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk along the road that the hotel is on.

Very small room on 3rd floor (attic); inadequate shower. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

I have found the staff extremely helpful in planning our programme and in particular in complicated circumstances when I suddenly became ill. They helped us to make all necessary arrangements. This was really caring environment.
