The extra cost for the car parking was a surprise, as well as internet connection usually free in hotels of such standard

Breakfast was rather mediocre . They used tin fruit instead of lovely fresh fruit in season There weren't many hotel facilities The hotel staff did not provide sufficient toileteries in the room. We had to ask for soap.

The hotel location is near a park & not too far from the beach. There is an excellent shopping centre near by & a couple of pleasant restaurants on the mall terrace. However the rest of the area has no atmosphere with very few restaurants or bars. It is rather far from the city centre but the metro is excellent cheap, efficient & fast & the stop is very near the hotel

Service can be a little slow in, say, the bar. However, this is a quality hotel at affordable prices.

Location is close to a Metro station, and there is a shopping mall nearby, in case you need to buy groceries.

Very friendly and helpfull staff

Difficult shaving in bathroom because width of sink stops you getting close to mirror also overhead spot lights dazzle throwing big shadow under chin.Simple remedy - illuminated shaving mirror like I have seen in other hotels.
