    Staff helpful,nice size room,very clean well maintained.

    Getting around the stairs and lifts a bit of a puzzle, it was up then down a bit strange i was in room 170.

    You will need a car,Newcastle city centre around 20 minutes away,local supermarkets within 5 minutes in the car.

    excellent service, accommodated our needs in safely storing 8 bicycles without any fuss. spotless hotel with everything we needed

    Excellent! We called ahead for directions which were given without a problem. Staff were warm and friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived at reception until checking out. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the hotel if asked.
