    The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and courteous - it was such a pleasure staying at the Villa Real. The standard of the room was excellent and the little "extra" of a complementary bottle of delicious red wine and some flowers made it all feel even more special.

    Great location in the heart of Madrid - you can walk everywhere, do anything!

    Hotel bien situé pour visiter Madrid.

    Sonrité des chambres vis à vis du bruit de la rue et parfois par rapport aux bruit des chambres de l'étage supérieur (bruits divers et voix)

    Trés bien situé, zone chic de Madrid.

    Viellot, devrait etre rénové. Personnel blasé. Bar morose, manque d'animation.
