    En general he quedado muy satisfecha. La localización es perfecta y el trato estupendo. Detalles como la copa de champán de bienvenida, la rosa roja en la habitación.......hacen muy agradable la llegada. Seguro que repetiré.

    Las instalaciones del gimnasio, ubicado en el otro hotel (Urban) no son las adecuadas para un hotel de 5 estrellas......demasiado pequeño.

    The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and courteous - it was such a pleasure staying at the Villa Real. The standard of the room was excellent and the little "extra" of a complementary bottle of delicious red wine and some flowers made it all feel even more special.

    Great location in the heart of Madrid - you can walk everywhere, do anything!

    The internet option of Villa real is completely useless and stupid. You have to have a new code every new which is free for one hour. But is you only use it for 10 min and then have a break then you have to buy another hour. A 5 star hotel should offer free wireless internet during the whole stay. I will not stay with Vill aReal again - although I like the hotel in all other aspects - because of this.

    Food was very good. Room interior was really good

    Internet facility is bad- 60 mins a day is nothing for business people. Provide more professional information about city travel.
