I would recommend this hotel without reservation!
The staff couldn't have been nicer, they were happy to do anything extra to make your stay pleasant.

very nice hotel of very good standard
there should be a note on the tranfer costs to the hotel , i took a water taxi for Euros 80 to get there whereas the water bus costs around Euros 10 //c~visiting the island is quite nice//

Paid a 20Euro for Lagoon views, worth every penny.The location of the hotel is fantastic, 100m from the water bus stop.Lovely views of Venice

Ich habe schon sehr häufig Venedig besucht und werde in Zukunft immer das "Villa Laguna" buchen.
Schöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Markusplatz, sehr freundliche Bedienung, gutes Frühstück, abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse den Tag ausklingen lassen

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Coin cuisine et salon agréable pour les suites à un prix très attractif. vue sur la lagune agréable.
Venise ne se trouve qu'à 10 mn de l'hotel. Il y'a une grande surface à 3 mn à pied permettant si vous ne souhaiter pas diner à l'hotel (prix élevé à la carte) de vous préparer un repas le soir (coin cuisine)

Excellent food and attentive staff. Worth eating in the hotel resturant at least twice. Away from the hustle of St Marks.
Bedroom and bathroom were of average size. Advertised in the UK as 4 star but actually a 3 star as shown on the wall of the hotel. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was a minimal continental and the resturant needed a bit more atmosphere.
Not much but the water bus stop is right next door.
