Hotel Villa Albertina

Aunque está un poco alejado del centro de Venecia, se puede llegar a él en coche tomando el ferry y luego usar el vaporeto para desplazarse, es un hotel con encanto aunque esté un poco desgastado por el paso del tiempo y la limpieza es bastante adecuada.

El personal de hotel no es demasiado agradable, y no hablan casi nada de español, tratamos de pedirles consejo para realizar nuestra visita por Venecia y se limitaron a vendernos un mapa.

Estuvimos 7 días en los cuales nos cambiaron las toallas 2 veces y la sabanas 1 sola vez, el desayuno bastante justo y hubo un día que el pan estaba duro. La habitación estaba en un semisótano, al lado del parking de coches y cuando arrancaban entraba el humo.

Great location for a stay in Venice

The hotel was very nice except we had the worse room for 2 nights with beetles and other insects as no netting on two windows. It was in the basement and dark and only had a fan. It was the worse room in the hotel. The 3rd night we stayed in the best room. We feel like we need some money back for the 2 nights in the damp dingy room.

Venice

We found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The room we had - the Casanova Suite - was absolutely wonderful, clean and spacious. The bathroom has to be seen to be believed. The location was surprisingly close to the centre of Venice (5 minutes' bus ride, plus ten minutes or so by vapareto river bus.) Nice quiet area too, and a nice restaurant nearby.

Breakfast was fairly average, but no complaints! The directions to the hotel are clearest on its map - so if you can get them to send you a copy in advance, that will be useful.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, It is located near the beach and not very far from the center.

The only thing i would say is that not every goes on holiday with a partner, and maybe the hotel should look into accommodating singel travellers. Other than that no other problems.

i have been to lido before so i know how to get aroun, but the hotel is located in an ideal area.

Die Villa hat genau das eingehalten, was wir im Internetauftritt gelesen haben .Trotz eines Souterrainzimmers war zum Übernachten alles bestens.Das Preis Leistungverhältnis hat gestimmt.Leider war die Begrüßung sehr kühl. Der Anreisetag war gleichzeitig der Geburtstag meiner Partnerin, das wurde leider total ignoriert, wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten.
