Yo soy un cliente habitual de la cadena Vila Galé y la cadena Vila Galé nunca defrauda. La calidad del servicio y de sus hoteles está mas que contrastada. Se los recomendaría a cualquiiera que viaje a Portugal.

El agua de la piscina interior está muy fria. (por decir algo negativo).

Está enclavado en plena marina de Villamoura que es un verdadero placer para el relax y para pasear. Ser puede practicar golf, hacer excursiones fantátasticas en barco, tomar copas,etc. lo que quieras. Además la gastronomía de la zona es fantástica y las playas maravillosas.

Excellent location - near to beach and marina. Amazing view over marina - we stayed on the 5th floor. Very friendly staff.

Very poor indoor poor. Very cold. It would have been ideal because weather was not too good. However the pool was freezing cold. Too cold to swim in. Outside temp too cold for outdoor pool.

Pleasant easy walks around marina. Excellent eating places and bars.

we have stayed a few times at the vila gale marina and always find it welcoming and very clean. the breakfast is always good. very helpful booking golf

we payed extra for a sea view room but actually were facing rooms across the hotel. you see the sea if out on balcony but as it was January and quite chilly we did not spend time out there.

El Matador bar just across from the hotel good fun and has good value happy hour. Figo's bar on the marina will show any sport you want. Zu Yi fantastic chinese.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The bulb in the bathroom was not working but they repaired it within 15 mins of it being reported to reception.

The breakfast was disappointing as the fruit was tinned fruit rather than fresh fruit, likewise the breakfast fruit juices were not fresh. The room service food was also below expectations, barely warm and not very generous portions. Due to where our room was positioned it did not get the sun at any time of the day despite the fact I specifically requested a sunny balcony when booking.

The hotel is situated in the ideal area of Vilamoura, has a great atmosphere and the staff who look after the kids are great with the children.

The only negative thing I have is that the drinks and food prices in the hotel seemed slightly over priced which encouraged those staying at the hotel to go to the local supermarket rather than using their facilities

Go to the beach and marina as they are walking distance away, also a couple of miles up the road there is a aquamarina / water park

Having stayed in many 4* hotels around the world, I was pretty disappointed in the service and general hotel. I loved the location but felt the hotel needed to update and give customers a wow factor.

Marina area is lovely and lots to do

Very much a golfers hotel. We had a child wth us, and found the evening entertainment non-existent so went out. Such a shame as we would have liked to have spent more time in the hotel. Only there for a couple of days so not much time to investigate! Excellent hotel though, so much choice at breakfast time, and the staff we met were so friendly.
