El hotel da impresión de inseguridad.

Precio económico. Relativamente bien situado a las afueras del centro en Londres. Parking incluido en el precio, muy adecuado si se viaja en coche. Desayuno incluido en precio, aunque muy regular. Medianamente limpio aunque no acogedor.

Habitaciones tipo motel, sin prácticamente insonorizar. Realizamos el check in a través de una verja tras la que se encontraba el empleado de recepción, que también era el empleado del desayuno, de limpieza, del parking...

in my room I had a rusty coffee maker which they didn t want to change (they explained water is cause of the rust)

Good value for money, staf were pleasant and helpful, room was clean, bed comfortable, would recommend.

Generally , a clean, basic and good value (for London) hotel,and a cheap and easy option for Excel; just be prepared for reakfast!

Reasonable size motel type room round back of hotel with parking directly outside. Quiet and clean. Excellent shower and clean decent size bathroom. Helpful staff allowed us to check in at 10a.m. meaning we could leave car and get to Excel nice and early. Easy to find.

Flimsy yale type lock felt insecure, and door was poorly fitted and rattled in the wind! You could see daylight round it - all it needs is draught excluders fitted. Cheap TV with poor reception making some channels unwatchable. Breakfast was a shambles; food was basic, limited choice and poor quality (Happy Shopper!!!), but worst thing was lack of dishes and spoons etc and everything running out all the time so you were always waiting for something (bread or milk or juice or a cup).

15 minute walk to Stratford station and shopping centre but staff got a taxi for us which was surprisingly cheap, and from there the rest of London is easy to reach.

Very good for the price. Room was cleaned every day. Large comfortable rooms, big bathroom, tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fairly dismal - processed cheese slices and meats, white bread for toast (no choice), basic cornflakes or rice krispies the only cereals and only full fat milk. There was sometimes a man behind the reception desk smoking!!!!! Felt like pointing out the illegality of that, but decided against it! A bit of a walk to the station and to get to anything to eat.

Tremendous value for money.

Not exactly welcoming. My reception was perfectly adequate but a smile would have made such a difference. Breakfast was very basic but, hey, look at the price!

I particularly liked the look of the hotel. It had abviously made an effort although greater attention should be paid to detail.

Only bad thing that happened during our stay was that I found fellow occupants incredibly noisey!

price -quality and location (30-35 minutes from london city center) are excellent

very quiet hotel, nice room, spotless, tea and coffee facilities refilled every day, breakfast staff very nice and helpful.

not very good reception for tv, breakfast basic but for the rate it is what you expect.

no to far from tube station 10-15 minutes walk. Bus connection was avaible anyway.

hotel in posizione ottima.bus al di fuori che ti portava o alla stazione o in centro.colazione semplice.albergo pulito personale ok!ottimo direi.veramente comodo e tranquilllo.camere spaziose.
