Todos los empleados son muy amables.

El hotel en general es muy bonito y acogedor, todo el personal fue muy atento y la ubicación es ideal ya que se encuentra justamente delante de la estación de tren y de los tranvias. Lo recomiendo al 100 %.

Como las paradas de transporte público están justo delante del hotel, tienes la posibilidad de desplazarte a cualquier punto tanto de la ciudad como del pais.

La única cuestión criticable (y mejorable) fue para mí el ruido de los tranvías, que entraba en la habitación 209 hasta bien entrasda la noche, aunque la vista de la estación lo paliaba un poco. El resto, en especial el personal, y la ubicación e instalaciones del hotel, muy bien.

The hotel is on a noisy square in the city centre but our room was amazingly quiet because we particularly asked for a garden facing room. On the square side the rooms must be quite noisy. Extremely convenient for all tram services, the railway station and the airport bus all of which are within 100 metres of the hotel.

The restaurant prices were high by comparison with other establishmets which we used

Get a free tram outside the hotel for a five minute ride to the main sites of tourist interest, cathedral, museums, art galleries and main shopping area.

Excellent standard of room and facilities

The Basler soup was cold. need to check warming temperature of cooked breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel. Good position, just in front of the railway station and a few minutes from the centre of the city. The airport bus stops just a few steps from the hotel next to the railway station. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Superb position opp. main railway station. Modernised throughout.

Street noise can be heard in front facing rooms.

The bus from the airport takes 20 minutes and the stop is in front of the train station which happens to be 2 minutes from the hotel.

Excellent location, good room size, no noise and very good bed and pillows. The hotel is clean and the service is also excellent. Free internet. The hotel gives a free transport pass which is absolutely fantastic.

Very well located, nice walking around, everything is ten minutes away, the city center is near by the tram stop is just outside the hotel with services around the city.

Clean and very well run - stay here often when in Basel.

No aircon in room or else it did not work if there was.
