Hotel Valle

El desayuno no es gran cosa

Está muy céntrico y puedes ir prácticamente a cualquier sitio andando

Near the station, buses, colluseum and restaurants.

Rooms on main road are noisy but we were moved when we asked with no problems at all

Easy walk to roman forum, palantine hill and collesum.

Perfect location for holiday break, close to Main Rail station and Tourist Sites. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.

Breakfast room was very small and the hotel would have benefited from a guest lounge with a bar

We had to go to another hotel 5 minutes' walk away for breakfast. This was not a problem, but we would have preferred to know about this before we booked, or before we arrived. The hotel we had to go to was a 4* hotel; it was not as good as the Valle. The breakfast area was not big enough and the service, i.e. food available and clearing of dirty plates, etc., was very poor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but our room (108) could have done with re-painting.

They are rebuilding the dining room facility and we had to go to another hotel for breakfast which was about 200 mtrs away. Not a real problem but it would have been nice to have been told about the renovations before we arrived. There was no hotel lounge available at the time of our visit and no english channels on our tv. The reception area was part of the building works and very small. There was some noise from the building works up to 6pm in the evening.

Hotel was nice, but the room we got was very small, we did ask for a bigger room, but were told that the rooms were all the same size. This wasnt true, i saw the cleaner in one of the other rooms along the corridor from our room and it was a good bit bigger. The electric was off when e went in, the hotel was getting something done, we had to take the 3 flights of stairs with bags, we did get help thankfully. Breakfast was served in another hetel about 10 mins walk frfom the Valle, they were getting something done to their kitchen it said in a poster in the lift. Was a bit dissapointed over all. Wish i had of booked somewhere else to be honest.

Very clean, well equipped rooms. Staff courteous and helpful. Good location for the price. Good value for money. Good, adequate breakfast and very relaxed.

Room quite dark - lighting dull and poor view through the window but this is not much of a problem as there is so much to see in beautiful Rome that little time is spent in the room.

Colosseum, Piazza de Venetia, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps all within walking distance for all but the infirm

the hotel was in a good location and very near the sights og the old city

Je recommanderai cet HOTEL trés agréable :j'y viens pour la 2eme fois en 2 ans et l'ai déja recommandé à un membre de ma famille qui l'a apprécié également

un emplacement IDEAL à ROME très proche du centre historique (COLISEE,FORUM...et de la GARE TERMINI tout en étant situé dans un quartier calme .

la salle du PETIT DEJEUNER située dans l'entrée de l'hotel est trop "petite" bien que le repas soit correct ,c'est domage car cet élément ne correspond pas à la qualité de l'hotel VALLE par ailleurs excellente ...

The staff was english speaking wich is hard to find in italy, I think the english laungage is to hard for these peaple to learn, or they to lazy to learn it. The hotel was cleand every day and towels where changed every dag.

The room had a realy bad smeel, but i asked other guests at the hotel and they didnt have the same problem, But for me the smeel was so bad that i tryad realy not beeng ther for some hours to sleep, and whitout airconditioning working that wasnt easy. The furniture was not from 2002 as the diskription of the hotel, i would gues frome 1970 or older. The aircondition in my room was not working so it was realy hot and hard to sleep, im uesed to a coolder climate. but it was beetween 28 and 31 C in the room. They overcharge for the internet 25euros for 24 hours. In eropean standard its allmost alwys internet included. Like this nice hotel im stayng at for 3 days, The mercure hevelius hotel in Gdansk Poland. Breakfast i couldnt belive it, it was the whorse i ever seen in hotels, and i have been in many. It was litle ham, cheese, yogurth, coffe, juice and some sweet croissonts. This was realy bad, i only eat breakfast once at the hotel. This is no 3 star hotel 2 stars would be the stars i would give the hotel.
