En general, buena relación calidad-precio, si no se es muy exigente en cuanto a alojamientos hoteleros y se utiliza como "campo base" para visitar la isla. Si el planteamiento es disfrutar exclusivamente del hotel y hacer vida "playa-buffet-playa", aconsejo valorar otras opciones antes de decidirse por este hotel, que puede quedarse escaso en algunos servicios y comodidades.

Ubicación excelente, frente al mar. Traquilo, al menos en estas fechas (marzo-abril). Servicio de restaurante atento y agradable.

Buffet algo escaso para tratarse de 3 estrellas (una carne, un pescado, más los primeros, que podrían ser más variados). Habitaciones con la comodidad necesaria, pero el mobiliario podría renovarse.

Todos los puntos de interés de la isla son fácilmente accesibles con un coche de alquiler. Imprescindible cabo de Formentor, cuya ruta se inicia desde Puerto Pollença, donde se ubica el hotel. Para los que desean relax y sol, a 5 metros del edificio, la playa.

Great Location, friendly staff, good choice of food. Hotel clean and spacious are children didn't want to come home.

Pool area small, and not enough sunbeds

Good choice of buffet for dinner every evening.

Good location. Not too near centre, but close enough. Handy having the beach right opposite. Bus links for trips to see the rest of the island are extremely good.

Drinks are overpriced.

we had a suit it in the old part of the hotel the bedroom was quite dark but very spanish which we liked it was very clean

the town centre is only 10 to 15 mintues ,it has a wonderful beach 50 yds from the front door a pool ,everything you need for a great holiday

Stunning views of the bay from top floor of suites and rooms in new annex. Plumbing in suites dangersous, no thermostatic control of shower, goes from scalding hot to ice cold no matter what time of day you showered. Perhaps rooms in new annex are better as plumbing may be more modern. Breakfast coffee dire (sweet mush) from machine and rolls rock hard at both breakfast and dinner throughout the ten days stay. This lets the hotel down as there are no tea/coffee facilities in rooms though as we had a suite we had a fridge and bought our own kettle, fresh milk etc to compensate. It is easy to remedy the quality of coffee and provide fresher rolls without incurring too much cost. Staff were professional, pleasant and helpful and hotel and grounds were constantly cleaned. Location was excellent, fronting the beach and 15 minutes pleasant walk along flat promenade to the Marina and town centre with intermittent seating for resting and enjoying the views. The location will be even better when the new bypass opens and beachfront road has less traffic.

Rooms were filthy and infested with ants.Staff extremely rude at check in and refused to believe we had booked 2 rooms, although when they checked their list from Hotel beds they acknowledged their error and grudgingly gave us 2 rooms

da Off-season, war ein ruhiger Aufenthalt im gemütlichen Hotelambiente möglich. Einfaches Hotel mit direkter Strandlage.

warmes Ambiente durch maroquinsche Einrichtung von Lobby, Eßsaal saubere Poolanlage

Zimmereinrichtung wirkte altmodisch, aber war okay; Badezimmer wirkte moderner. Aufenthaltsraum im UG neben Lobby riechte muffig.

Fußballspiel-Übertragung in Bar für britische Gäste. Ausflüge nach Cap Formentador, Alcudia, Pollenca. Swimming pool Fahrradverleih war Off-season!
