Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que habia un fallo del sistema y no constabamos para esa nochey estaban completos. Nos pagaron un taxi y nos llevaron al NH sin cargos extras.

it was generally clean and had the things i was looking for, if i was to go back to Utrecht then i would stay there again. I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it was nice and ideally situated near Utrecht central train station.

bathroom floor was a little dirty and the price for breakfast was too expensive.

A respectable hotel, but a bit out-dated: - paint is flaking on some places on the wall and ceiling in hotelroom - wood-layer on the door is peeling in hotelroom Price-quality ratio Found some hair in bathtub Bath soap dispensor was empty

Spacious room, no traffic noise and view of the Dom tower. Ideal location.

At times noisy plumbing system. No fridge. Clean bedding, but old lipstick stain on pillow case off-putting. Do not know what breakfast consists of, but much over-priced at 18 euros.

Hotel fulfilled a request for a quiet room. Rooms and facilties were very well-maintained.

The price of the room should include all of the expected amenities, and all add-ons should be shown on the website where the room is booked. 9 Euro extra per day for Wireless. Multiple Euro extra for more than the public television channels. Such charges should not be discovered upon arrival. This is the fault of the website as much as it is the hotel itself.

Hotel had excellent location, right beside the main train station and in the city centre, rooms were large, comfortable and quiet, staff extremely helpful and polite

Nothing positive could be stated about that hotel. The only thing good was that I was on promotion 3 nights at the price of 2 but that was luck. Otherwise it would absolutely be a waste. I don't recommend that hotel.

The room is absolutely worn out! The bathroom is decaying, it is absolutely ridiculous. The staff is very unprofessional - I paid for a Standard Double Room and received a Twin room BECAUSE they were all checked out! The payment of the room was made 1 month before my arrival and they knew what type of room I paid for. The Internet access is PAID. After all I don't understand how is possible that hotel be ranked at 4 stars, maybe it was ok 20 years ago but as you can see it apparently hasn't been renovated since then.

It's near the train station and a few minutes away to the city center.

Very central location. Staff quickly changed room after I complained about being given a smoking room. Bathroom very clean.

Rooms run down. Holes in roof of room. Walls of room covered in swatted fly remains. Breakfast very expensive so ate out.

Very central so lots of places to eat out nearby.
