The hotel is ideally located, this is typical Hungarian, the room is huge, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very varied, very clean ...

The mattress of the bed should be changed immediately, breakfast juices are very artificial.

Good location, generous sized rooms, very comfy beds. Very clean.

Occasion noise from very loud guest next door.

Bars, food, Parliament building, Andrassy ut.

Being centrally placed it represents very good value and still retains Hungarian character - it is not a modern clone, could be anywhere type of hotel. Beds are comfortable; rooms spacious. It is in a good position for sightseeing, a short walk from Budapest's excellent public transport system & therefore everything is within easy reach. Staff were helpul.

Within very easy reach of all the main sights of the city. Also very easy to get to restaurants.

My room had just windows in the ceiling (no view)

A hairdryer n the room would have been appreciated. Also our room was not cleaned and beds made on three occasions - this was as a result of us returning to our room around 1.00pm. But we would have thought that the housekeeping staff had had ample opportunity to perform their duties whilst we were out. That is why we have scored cleanliness at only 3. But otherwise we felt the hotel offered good value.

The Hotel was inexpensive and the staff were pleasant and helpful. But the hotel is in need of refurbishment is quite tired looking
