Room and Shower room very clean. Breakfast was adequate
Reception staff were not very welcoming and on subsequent visits to drop off or collect room key we found it hard to get a smile out of anyone. The breakfast waier and waitress however were charming and quick to bring whatever style of coffee you preferred. The food was adequate but not much of it. In general the Turner Hotel is faded grandeur, a facelift would make all the difference, plus a warm friendly greeting from reception!

The bus tickets were a little confusing. No one explained that you had to stamp day tickets. We also had to buy them in the tobacco shop as the machines did not work.
The hotel was easy to find and in a fairly good spot. It was very beautiful in the entrance.
The room was very tiny. The bathroom was so small and not as clean as I would expect. The toiletries were opened. The staff were off hand. The breakfast was not good. The mini bar was not at all well stocked and there were no glasses. There was no bar open to use.
There were plenty of little cafes to eat and they were reasonably priced. The spanish steps and the termini were just about walkable and there were good bus services at the end of the road .

Room was nice pleasant and clean. Plug sockets were a little damaged so we didnt use one or two of them. The light fixtures on the wall were a bit damaged also. Overall, a nice room to stay in.
No recomendable por la habitación. El resto es pasable.
El desayuno estaba bien y el trato personal también. Está cerca del centro histórico de ROMA, bien comunicado por transporte público. Para ir andando está un poquito lejos, pero se puede decir que está bien ubicado.
Sin duda la habitación, muy pequeña, calurosa, ruidosa, teníamos que dormir con tapones en los oídos. El baño no era mas grande que el armario ropero, de lo mas cutre, especialmente la ducha, no hay espacio para nada. Me parece una estafa, te ofrecen un hotel de 4 estrellas y te dan una habitación de una calificación muy inferior, peor que una pensión antigua. Es muy desagradable viajar así.
En los alrededores no se come mal, pero lo mejor es coger algún autobús y acercarse al centro. No está lejos, también se puede ir andando pero sin prisas.
