La habitación está muy bien y el personal muy atento

El desayuno no fue malo, fue lamentable. Poca cantidad y variedad, sin personal y mal atendido. Los alimentos no los reponian, para hacerse una idea el zumo era tang (o algo similar)

Very easy city to get around

Good location lots of resturants in local area. Larger than average room Safe Area

Tourist bus and metro near hotel. Also a five minute walk away a huge branch of el corte ingles. Lots of supermarkets, coffee shops and resturants just outside of hotel

Excellent furnishings & bed linen. Quality of bed & mattress excellent. Plenty of storage space. Very helpful staff on Reception & fluent in English. Check-in procedure very quick & helpful. Self catering facility in Bedrooms is useful. Good location.

Dining Room requires someone to oversee all of the Restaurant staff, as not all staff seem to be motivated & able to use initiative. Guests are instructed, in writing, to wait at entrance to Dining Room to be seated, which is fine, but guests are frequently left in limbo as staff often don't notice that guests are waiting! Extremely slow in replenishing crockery & hot food. Quality of food good, but there is room for improvement!

Very convenient Hotel. Large bedrooms. Staff helpful, requests dealt with quickly and efficiently. All in all a very good mid price choice for a city break.

Only negative feature was that the evening restaurant service was not up to the standard of the breakfast. Many Menu options were unavailable and the wine list was non existent. There was no atmosphere, not unexpected that most guests ate elsewhere. Fortunately there is an excellent local restaurant right opposite which we frequented every evening. Plumbing a bit noisy in the morning but typical of most hotels when there is people coming and going.

Prima service, ook t.a.v. het bestellen van een taxi om half vijf 's-morgens en de wekservice, met zelfs het aanbod wat broodjes mee te geven omdat ontbijten vanwege het vroege tijdstip niet mogelijk was. Verzoek om een rustige kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel was geen enkel probleem hoewel dit niet van tevoren was aangegeven.

Manque de prises éléctriques dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas pu recharger notre portable. Pas de lumière au dessus de la petite table. Une ampoule cassée au dessus du lit Pas de prise éléctrique pour le rasoir dans la salle de bain
