    muy obsoleta, los cuatro estrellas . Los baños eran de la epoca de musolini. Y LA DUCHA YO NO LLEGO A 1.80 Y ME tenia que agachar porque daba con la cabeza No corresponden las cuatro estrellas con su actual situacion O le quitan estrellas o hacen una reforma en condiciones

    Localización muy buena junto a la estación de buses de Termini, cerca de la parada de Metro y del bus turístico.

    El colchón ! se te clavan todos los muelles en la espalda !!!

    NO RECOMENDARÍA A NADIE CONTRATAR ESTE HOTEL PORQUE LO UNICO BUENO QUE TIENE ES LA UBICACION Y TIENE A SU ALREDEDOR MUCHOS OTROS HOTELES

    BUENA SITUACION

    PERSONAL MUY DESAGRADABLE, ANTIPATICO, SIN MODALES Y MUY MAL TRATO AL CLIENTE. LA HABITACION TENIA LA PUERTA QUE CERRABA MAL AL HABER SIDO FORZADA. LA VENTANA NO CERRABA Y ENTRABA FRIO. ESTAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS FUERON COMUNICADAS AL PERSONAL Y NOS DIJERON QUE ES LO QUE HABIA. TAMPOCO ATENDIERON NUESTRA PETICION DE QUE HA HABITACION EN LUGAR DE UNA CAMA TUBIERA DOS.

    Se nota que lo han reformado recientemente.

    A pesar de las reformas continua teniendo un aire un poco retro que quizás no satisfaga a todo el mundo.

    El hotel esta muy bien situado, justo al lado de la Plaza de la Republica dando la posibilidad de ir caminando a muchas partes.

    We had a very pleasant stay and were delighted with the location. Walking distance to Termini, Bernini Fountain, Sant Maria Magiore and Via Nationale to all the sights. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning was lovely. Many good restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. Despite having a room facing the street the double glazing

    We had booked a double room but got twin single beds. The room was quiet small but adequate.

    Price and location good. definately not a four star! We had our room changed quickly and efficiently but we did'nt complain on the second room as we we only ther for 2 nights

    stayed in room 115 the toilet didn't work and the ceiling was leaking from the above room. we were moved to room 527 and once again the toilet didn't flush, so we had to fill the bin with water to clear the toilet. Hotel a bit shabby

    Can not fault the location

    Not a 4 star, at most a standard 3 if not 2 star hotel. Small rooms, not well maintained, damaged walls, old worn out furniture, bathroom not properly cleaned

    Termini station gives you access to everywhere
