por overbooking en el hotel nos indicaron que teniamos que alojarnos en otro hotel.

HOTEL MUY BIEN SITUADO. HABITACIONES AMPLIAS.
LA FACHADA ESTA MUY DETERIORADA. LOS BAÑOS ESTAN MUY ANTIGUOS Y HACIA MUCHO FRIO EN GENERAL EN TODO EL HOTEL. TENIAS QUE PEDIR LAS COSAS A RECEPCION HASTA TRES VECES PARA QUE TE HICIESEN CASO

muy centrico, junto al palacio de buckingan, cerca de metro, victoria station.llegamos al aeropuerto de gatwick y cogimos el gatwick express que nos dejo justo en victoria station cerca del hotel.
El personal del hotel, nadie habla español. Llegamos de madrugada y nos dieron una habitacion individual en lugar de una doble. No se enteraban de nada. No comprar nada en el hotel, es carisimo. Así que lo peor del hotel es la falta de profesionalidad de los empleados. Con la de españoles que hay en londres que menos que contratar a personal que hable dos idiomas

muy centrico, a unos pasos de estacion de metro victoria.
la limpieza del baño deja mucho que desear, por no hablar del colchón de muelles...

good location to the train/tube station. staff friendly enough rooms were a good size
rooms were out-dated rooms have there own heating system that didnt seem to be working properly, so the room was not that warm. When i checked in they couldnt find my reservation, i was told to leave all paperwork with them and they would sort it out. However, when i went to check out they tried to charge me even though i had already paid.

Extremely good location to a lot of London sightseeing highlights.
(1)There seems to be an Administration problem with the hotel staff, in particular the reception staff. When I booked on line, I asked for a late check out. This was again reiterated at check in. We were, however, locked out of the room on our return after 12 noon. The receptionist on duty said "she did not know anything about a late check out and that I would be charged appropriately". A VERY SOUR END TO A GOOD STAY. An urgent need for courteous, professional staff is required. (2) Our room was showing its age, particularly the BATHROOM

La estación de Victoria esta a 2 minutos andando,tiene muy buenas conexiones con el metro y los trenes para ir al aeropuerto.
Lo mejor del hotel es la situación esta muy cerca de buckingam palace y toda la zona de westmister abbey
No tengo ninguna
Pasear es una zona con mucho encanto,y tomarte una buena cerveza en el pub que frente al hotel,jeje.
