    Convenient for arrival in to Aberdeen, low traffic hassle.

    Smokers in the doorway despite the signs. A little too big to be friendly. Can lack atmosphere.

    Not much.

    Rooms not allocated on arrival. Someone already room allocated. Change in room. Staff unable to help productively. Language barrier in restaurant staff. Charges for food charged twice on credit card. Mistake in final bill (charged again for accomodation that was already paid for), that had to be pointed out by guest. Massive queue for breakfast

    Bit of aglitch because we had booked 2 rooms at the same rate on different days but receptionist sorted very quickly so plus points for her assistance in this case.

    Stayed here before and this time we were given a free upgrade to an Executive King - it was fabulous. The pool is great and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
