    Bathroom was good size / quality. Food was good but expensive. Very courteous, pleasant staff.

    Our room was tiny, barely enough room to move around the standard double bed, not for the claustrophobic!

    The hotel is super. Fantastic location and amazing Staff. The staff are proffesional, friendly, helpful and have lovely personalities, they are some of the best hotel staff we have met and we travel a lot and all over the world. The library restaurant is wonderful.

    None really but the bed in room 339 was incredibly narrow.

    Very convenient for getting to all major attractions.

    Excellent professional staff, small but clean and adequate room. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short break in London.

    Sent to another lesser hotel after prepaid. Hotel was 99 pounds a night with champaign and breakfast. We paid 154 pounds and would like a rebate. We found out about the switch upon arrival and had no recourse but to agree or be without a bed at all. This is appalling. We are frequent travels and have never run into such unscruplous behavior in a booking agency or a hotel. In the US this constitutes fraud. I am apppalled.
