    Breakfast was splendid. Anything from yoghurt to dim sum. Extremely friendly and attentative service at breakfast. View from the spacious room outstanding. Very good Spa and skilled massage terapeutists but treatments quite pricey.

    No free Wifi. Ridiculous price for connection from the room. Two laptops in the lounge were at your disposal for free, but keyboards were quite old. Hotel was fullybooked so on our day of departure we were unable to keep the room after 12.00. Our plane was leaving late in the evening and we had a very unpleasant last day.

    Das Personal ist unfreundlich,man wartet beim Frühstück an der Bar bis ein Tisch frei ist, Kaffee dauert mind 20 Minuten, allles in allem das schlechteste Service was wir in Thailand hatten.

    Sehr schoener Auslick von den Zimmerterassen.

    Wir hatten ein Package mit Schnorchelausrüstung,Mountainbikes und je 2 Complementary Massagen.Die Massagen bekamen wir nicht, das Hotel stritt herum und teilte uns mit ,dass es nur für die Vorsaison Massagen gäbe.Schnorchelausrüstung gabs im ganzen Hotel keine Der Manager sagte man könne im Ort eine kaufen.Mountainbikes gabs nicht !!!!!! Auf unsere Beschwerde reagierte man nicht.

    Prachtige ligging. Kamers zijn gedateerd, maar het uitzicht en het grote terras bij de ka,ers maakt alles goed. Het strand bij het hotel is prettig rustig.

    Kamers beantwoorden niet geheel meer aan het 5 sterren niveau.

    Promthep Cape is vanwege een spectaculaire sunset een trekpleister
