The Hotel was clean and classically elegant with quality fixtures and fittings. Sumptious towels and guest packs. The food was delivered promptly and with flourish. I really appreciated the silver ware and variety of choice. the extra full English was really good and hot...

We hopped on the city tour bus nearby and enjoyed London at our doorstep.

beautiful hotel, very elegant, lovely lounges with roaring fires. our room was a little small but we were told about this on booking and the price reflected it. great bed, high quality bathroom, well furnished. very pleasant staff.

the hotel doesnt have a restaurant - not a problem to me as being served breakfast in bed was really no great hardship!! but worth a mention.

The room was lovely, however, the furniture in addition to the bed was just too large for the room. It was difficult to get around the bed and might have been more suitable for one. We were disappointed having booked our room months in advance.

Great location, Paddington Station and restaurants very near. Hotel was quiet and very well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants, transportation and things to do.

Our first and only attempt to avail of room service was unsuccessful. We contacted room service who referred us to reception where we placed our order. However, reception did not relay order to room service. Breakfast was lovely, both service and the food.

Very quiet relaxed feel about the place. We only stayed overnight following a night out in London's West End but the character of the hotel and the discreet but very polite staff made our short stay a very happy one.

1 mile from Marble Arch and some great restaurants.

It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff. High standard of cleanliness and the service was excellent. In a prime location and very accessible to trains, buses etc. Wonderful breakfast every morning and lovely to return home after a long day of sight seeing and shopping to find clean room and beds turned down for the night.
