    Very comfortable stay, quiet despite being on a busy rd. Staff were very helpful and grateful for the concierge service so i didn't have to drive round Leeds 3 times to find a car park.

    Only negative it that there was a half eaten biscuit on the floor next to the bed that the cleaners must of missed. Saying that it didn't hinder my stay I wasn't too bothered about it as the rest of the room was spotless.

    All clean and comfortable, good facilities.

    Would have liked to be able to open a window - hot at night and air conditioning noisy.

    The staff were very helpfull when checking In

    None apart from : Getting woke up at 08:30 by the House maid opening our door while we where still asleep. ( should of put the do not disturb sign on the door ).

    great service and friendlin

    fire alarm we had to evacuate our rooms not informed what was going on also believe person parking or recovering my car from garage damaged front bumper but did not check on reicipt properly or would have challenged the hotel

    I requested a twin room with a bath as my Daugher is pregnant and can't stand a long time in the shower. The room was fabulous. The bathroom absolutely spotless. Every member of staff were polite and friendly. We will definately return and have told everyone about your hotel. Many thanks for a lovely stay. Can't find one fault. Well done !!!!

    Attentive and friendly staff. Exquisite art deco style throughout the hotel - reminded me of the Waldorf Astoria in New York. Central location near train station, shops, entertainment and business district. Underground car park- valet service.
