Ist Class service and facilities. In our view this hotel is No.1 in the world in terms of value for money, service, facilities and location. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. It was our 30th Wedding anniversary holiday and on arrival they presented my wife with flowers and later in the day they sent a cake made by their own chefs to our room. I would highly recommend this hote to any visitor to Singaporel

Modern hotel next to Suntec City (shopping mall & exhibition centre). The lobby is impresive, good sized bedrooms, excellent service. Gym has a good range of equipment. There was a good choice of food at breakfast.

In terms of location, it's a little bit of a walk to the nearest MRT (metro) station, but there were plenty of taxis available at the hotel.

This hotel is very good. The rooms are huge and very beautiful. The recreation areas are also very beautiful and pleasant. Breakfast is excelente. location is excellent, within walking distance of attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly

This is a fantastic hotel from every standpoint and does not disappoint as a 5 star hotel. Facilities, location and standard of the hotel were excellent and the service from staff is outstanding. The attention to detail was great. I travelled with my husband and 1 year old and they could not do enough to acommodate us- we requested a baby cot and this was in our room on arrival as well as baby toiletries and a teddy- they even sterilised our baby bottles for us. I will definitely stay at Pan Pacific again on future visits to Singapore

Plenty of shopping- the hotel is connected to a shopping centre so you really have everything nearby if you need to get anything. Raffles, the marina, are all very nearby too and the MRT at city hall is also on your doorstep so easy to get about

Wow! An excellent hotel and would recommend that everybody visting Singapore should stay there! All round service was excellent and the hotel should be proud of their staff. Can't wait to go back.
