    The hotel was well kept and the staff were very helpful. Excellently placed in a quiet area and perfect for a leisurely walk into Covent Garden and the Theatre district.

    My only gripe would be that the staff took my car for parking overnight (Saturday) from approximately 3.30pm and returned it to free parking outside the hotel early on Sunday morning. I was previously informed that it would cost £28 for 24hr parking (or it may have been 12hrs) and assumed that the cost would be less if the car spent less time in the car park. It wasn't -I was still charged for the full price. The hotel might just want to say that the cost would be as above however a short period the car remains there.
