    Buen trato del personal. Las habitaciones, aunque pequeñas, eran cómodas y estaban muy bien equipadas. Decoración moderna y cuidada, aunque un poco extravagante (gustos ingleses...).

    Nada más llegar, me hicieron un cargo en la tarjeta de unos 50 euros, según ellos, como fianza para los gastos.

    Cerca de zonas comerciales, con pequeñas tiendas curiosas y los típicos grandes almacenes. Muchos restaurantes pequeñitos con encanto donde comer.

    Walked into hotel bar after returning from a show to be met by security man who asked if we were staying at hotel Yes. but then demanded [did not ask] to see room card. This was at midnight bar was closing when it states it will remain open until 1. The bar was still busy and it was very embarrasing. His excuse was he has to be careful after midnight!!! I am an 59 year old lady with my 32 year old daughter on ashopping trip not acouple of drunken yobs or a pair of hookers .I found it very offensive and would not return to this hotel.

    Very clean rooms and public spaces, modern style but also very british, maybe the gratest location in London - only 200m. from Bond Street tube station and near to all the shopping attractions, just a 10 min walk from Soho area.

    Rooms were very small, few of the crue members weren't very polite, one morning during our five days staying, the hotel managment prooved unable to provide us the english breakfast we had already paid (due to the snow situation) but nobody proposed a refund.

    Fabulous location, you are in the heart of everything, being just off Oxford Street. Modern comfortable hotel, staff that are very pleased to assist you.

    Only one negative, breakfast. Service was slow and the continental choice is limited.

    Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from right on the doorstep of the hotel. 2 min walk from Oxford Street for shopping and Bond Street tube station is very close allowing you to get around easily.

    The hotel was very welcoming from the moment we entered the lobby. Carlos on the concierge desk was most helpful and all staff were polite
