EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL HA SIDO MUY BUENO, LA HABITACION UN POCO PEQUEÑA PERO MUY AGRADABLE,LA LIMPIEZA PERFECTA, EL DESAYUNO MUY COMPLETO Y EL HORARIO DEL MISMO TAMBIEN MUY BIEN,NOS HAN ATENDIDO ESTUPENDAMENTE, HACIAN POR ENTENDERNOS EN CUALQUIER COSA QUE HEMOS PODIDO NECESITAR, SIN DUDA VOLVERIAMOS A ESE HOTEL Y LO RECOMENDAREMOS A NUESTRA GENTE

The hotel is in a good location for getting into, out of and around London. The staff were very professional but friendly.

Away from the public areas, the hotel decor and furnishings are beginning to look a little tired. The rooms and the corridors could use a refurbishment.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. poor state of decor and repair. toilet wouldnt flush, windows wouldnt close, blood on sheets and noise of station was very loud. Furniture and fixtures were cracked and damaged, wallpaper peeling. I reported but the hotel werent too bothered. High price for low quality experience It ruined our visit so I certainly would not recommend

Stayed in an annexe across the road from the hotel and had to walk a long . Bed was comfortable but not very impressed otherwise.

Not really what one expects from a 4-star hotel. Bathroom was smelly, toilet seat chipped and flush ineffective.

the food was very nice

at check in, we got told that there is no room avavilbe till 2pm so we would have to wait till then to check in the room was really bad it had a cracked window and the the window frame had a hole in it because of these problems it was very noisy and cold in the room.

Always enjoy staying at the Grosvenor

The service and breakfast were to a very high quality. The bedroom was a good size, and adequately equipped.

The bathroom although a nice size was in need of some work, plus it was very dark in there.

great looking entrance, all got worse from there. carpets in terrible condition. etc. very shaby, definately noth worth the money.

The hotel offered an upgrade for an absurd amount of money. It should be made clear that your customers need to be offered the best room available (within reason) for what was paid. Since we pay in advance for the room. we must live with the consequences or be burdened with extra expenses.

Good location especially for bus ride to cruise port. Coffee/tea service in room. The only "luxury".

For your "great rate", the room was tiny, at the furthest reaches of this huge hotel. You could not sit comfortably for any length of time. It was essentially a closet with a small double bed. Lighting was totally inadequate when the sun went down - 2 low wattage wall mounts over the bed. Request for a lamp of any kind was met with "we don't any extras". Had to request a bath mat for inside the tub before I became a fatality.
