    Room was lovely, quiet and good air conditioning fridge was handy

    Hair-dryer didnt workbut was quickly replaced Instructions to guets before arrival to get into carpark not clear.

    It was in the centre of Bristol so it was close to bars and restaurants.

    We were in room 316. When we checked in we couldn't get into the room and had to go back to reception to have the card re-programmed. After breakfast the following morning we went back to the room and the same thing happened, which was inconvenient. The standard of the bathroom was poor and the shower in particular was awkward to use. I would rate the hotel as a 3*, definitely not 4*

    We were visiting a friend in Bristol and found this place for not much more than a Premier Inn/Travelodge. At that price, I would definitely recommend it. It was really clean, modern and most importantly very well located in the middle of the town.

    Extremely happy with everything from the Check-In until the Check-Out procedure. Would stay at this hotel again!!

    Being centre of City lot of Pubs and Clubs. In my case was attending an event beside Temple Meads Railway Station which was only a 5 minute taxi ride away.

    Good room, sauna etc well worth a visist (I'm NOT a fitness fanatic!)

    Computer system had crashed causing some chaos. Staff were working hard to smooth this over tho'

    Bristol city center: anything you like!

    Lovely room with excellent facillities. Gym/pool facillities fantastic.
