    The decor of the hotel and room was delightful. The staff very friendly and location ideal.Wish I was there now.

    The setting is stunning and the rooms very well appointed, balcony looking onto calton hill is extremely impressive, bed extremely comfortable as well.

    The door to balcony needed a member of staff to come and open it as handle stuck. Television was very confusing to work and also a little dated. The plastic covering on the cold tap had come off and exposed sharp plastic. All relatively minor quibbles
