    Muy bien situado, a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de South Kensington. Personal muy amable.

    efficient and friendly check-in and out, room at the front with openng door to outside - very useful for smokers. convenient location for museums, albert hall, knightsbridge, hyde park.

    room smaller than expected and a bit dated. tatty in parts and drains smell in bathroom and poor lighting in room. eg only 1 bedside light and no light on dressing table or mirror.

    the room I occupied had no window (n. 103).the walls between rooms are quite thin and I could hear the persons in the room closed to mine.there was no table available for the breakfast and 3 arab persons before me were sent in front of the hotel by another one to have their breakfast.the employee at the front desk had no smile and no nice manners at all. (friday 18th july 8.30 am)

    Chambre (114) trop petite - il reste 20cm au pied du lit pour passer. A besoin d'être rafraîchie. Pas de chauffage central, notamment dans la salle de bains, alors qu'il faisait 8°C. Réception incapable de nous faire une réservation pour une excursion - je parle mieux l'anglais que la personne... Petit déjeuner mal organisé: tous les jours dès 8h30 il n'y avait plus de pain.
