    Very good. Lovely reception area and efficient staff. The Spa is excellent.

    Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Ideal for week end and one night stays.

    Hot breakfast buffet not very hot. Plates should be heated.

    Very nice, smart, modern hotel. Bay Tree restaurant very good.

    Too much chlorine in pool. No lift. No wifi. Not enough tourist info on show considering in beautiful ashdown forest area.

    Clean, modern, nicely finished to a high standard. Helpful staff and good facilities.

    Food generally - what I had was overpriced for the quality. Breakfast was dissapointing and lukewarm.
