The staff were very helpful and polite.
we were given a smoking room even though we didnt request one. The room smelt of smoke and was unplesent.

tI booked a twin room but was allocated a double. Was moved to another room which was also a double then was presented with a single bed to be put up in the room.

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal
Die Standardzimmer sind ziemlich klein. Der Wellness-Bereich ist wirklich nicht schön und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen. Klein, ungepflegt, übler Geruch, Whirlpool ausser Betrieb.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Bus wartet praktisch vor dem Hotel und auch zu Fuss sind Fussgängerzone und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichbar.
