El hotel es bastante centrico, bien situado y zona tranquila, en la que se puede pasear sin ningún tipo de problema.

Todo perfecto, no tuvimos ningún problema. El personal muy agradable, atento y te aconsejan muy bien en cualquier cuestión que les plantees.

Por decir algo, es que solo hacen desayunos.

El hotel está cerca del coliseo, 15 minutos caminando, plaza de la república...., con medio de transporte tienes 15 minutos hasta el vaticano...

Excelente el trato en todo los aspecto del personal del hotel. Amables, serviciales y colaboradores.

Bien comunicado, varias líneas de autobuses y metro y cerca de la estaciónTermini. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado.

Poca variedad y surtido en el desayuno, estivimos cuatro días y siempre era lo mismo.

Visitrar Via Venetto, Villa Borghese, Plaza España, Via Condotti.

Unicamente creo que podría mejorar un poco la variedad de alimentos en el desayuno. Personalmente heché de menos algunos alimentos, principalmente el tomate y cacao para los más jóvenes. Aún así la calidad de los alimentos es excelente al igual que el resto de servicios

Hard to say... staff nice but not helpful Air conditioning system was very good.

Room extremely dusty and not clean. Dark inside. Lights must be on all the time. They wanted at first to give us a room with no windows. Impossible. After complaining we were changed to a room in the back of the hotel. Inside view was dark and filthy.

We loved our few days' stay in Rome: the main downside is that it seemed very pricey to us and extremely easy to pay over the odds for meals and snacks. We particularly resented one cafe near the Piazza del Popolo charging us 5 euros each for a cup of coffee and another 5 euros for a saucer containing 6 small biscuits. OK, so they were nice biscuits, but 5 euros???

Very high quality decor, furniture & and furnishings throughout. A good room and high-quality en-suite; and good quality toiletries (and, no, we didn't nick them!!!). Everything very clean and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We appreciated the loan of the umbrella on the one showery day.

Pity there wasn't a view from the room, as it opened on to an internal atrium. We thought that the supplemental price for extra breakfast items (e.g., 5 euro for an egg) seemed excessive. Coffee served at breakfast was dreadful; and the fruit juices were mixed from powder, rather than fresh, so not good. Otherwise, there was a fairly good choice of breakfast items. Unlike a lot of Brits, I'm quite into the ham and cheeses for breakfast when I'm travelling, so it would have been nice to have had more than one type of each, but that's probably being a bit 'picky'. The breakfast staff seemed to spend a fair amount of time talking loudly to each other, generally setting the world to rights, which was a bit annoying, as there is only a decorative partiition between the kitchen and the breakfast room.

Lots of walking! Ancient sections of the city within about 30 minutes' walk or 15 minutes by metro. Also, within about 15 minutes' walk of the more recent 'obvious' attractions such as the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountains.

Very efficient, friendly and accommodating staff. Room was a welcome retreat at the end of a very hot day sightseeing! Air conditioning was a must; the room was very quiet./

Es un hotel muy correcto con una decoración y mobiliario clásico/barroco pero muy cuidado. El desayuno estupendo y la atención también. Calidad/precio perfecto.

Las habitaciones que venden como "pequeñas" no son muy pequeñas, pero tienen poca luz porque dan todas a patios interiores. Sin embargo son muy acojedoras.

Muy buena situación. Cerca hay varias paradas de bus y la estación de tren Termini, con parada de metro.
