    Professional, friendly and helpful staff. An extremely clean and well presented hotel, Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of choice too. Overall this was a fablous place tostay and we would definitely stay here again.

    Overall very good

    Plenty of mirrors in bedroom but no vanity mirror over dressing table. Room had feel of being designed for business men. Women do business too.

    Second stay. All good but breakfast vastly overpriced. Very upmarket Woolsley restaurant just down Picadilly cheaper. Same with afternoon tea (£27)

    Very friendly staff. Larger room than I expected. Wednesday champagne reception was very good idea with free champagne and canapes and the chance to chat to the General Manager.

    Although nothing intrinsically wrong with the restaurant food it wasn't good enough to compete with other local options.
