The Hotel was dark, dirty... the room was extremely small... there was no aircondition, no internet connection... a 12" TV with no channels.. and it is located in the one of the worst neighborhoods in Rome.. I checked out after two nights.. even though I pre-paid for 4 nights.. with the help of a friend, I found a wonderfully charming hotel in the center of Rome for the same rate!!! For those of you who are visiting Rome for the first time, please be ware of tourist death traps like this... to be fair, there is one thing they stated on the web was true.. it is pretty close to the metro station.. only two blocks away...
