The establishment is a high-quality beach hotel, which was completed in 2007 and offers excellent facilities in a beachfront setting. It is highly modern with an elegant, water-themed design and a relaxing, homely atmosphere. Families and couples alike are welcomed here for memorable holidays on the Mediterranean coast. There are a total of 554 guest rooms at this air-conditioned hotel. Guests are greeted in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, a currency exchange, a cloakroom and lift access. There is also a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon on site. Guests can relax in the games room and TV lounge. Younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground and kids' club (4-12 years) and teenage club (13-16 years). There is also a choice of bars, pub, disco and restaurants on the premises. There are conference facilities available to business travellers and all guests can benefit from the WLAN Internet access at the hotel. Central air conditioning and central heating are standard features in all accommodation. Each room has its own balcony or terrace.

The hotel offers an extensive selection of free facilities including tennis courts, squash, basketball, volleyball, darts, beach volleyball, an aqua-park (swimming pools with children's swimming area and 6 slides) with sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace and a poolside snack bar for refreshments. There is also a gym, hot tub, steam bath, Turkish bath, aerobics, stretching and a sauna. There are activity programmes on offer such as the light activity shows (6 days a week) and live music. Watersports on offer include canoeing, windsurfing (with license), waterskiing (reservation necessary), jet skiing, diving, banana boating (these incur additional fees). Other services that incur additional charges include tennis lessons, spa and massage treatments and pool/snooker. The hotel is surrounded by championship golf courses, so it is also great for golfers and there are football training facilities on site. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sandy beach.
