This hotel represents the classic traditional Scottish quality hotel experience, a dying breed these days, but with all needs of the modern leisure and business traveller catered for in a delightful environment and ambience for unwinding and relaxing. Built in 1900, this city hotel was fully renovated in 2010 and offers 11 rooms in total. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a hotel safe and cloakroom. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and dine in the restaurant. Business travellers can make use of the conference facilities. A TV lounge, wired and wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and bicycle hire also feature.

There are links to the public transport network in front of the hotel, whilst Perth's bus and train station is some 1.5 km away. Close to the hotel are Perth Racecourse and Scone Palace. Further afield, the hotel is some 19 km from Gleneagles and Dunkeld, and some 39 km from Pitlochry.
