Reception staff were efficient and helpful.
We were not aware that the hotel was on large hill which made walking to the station difficult. The shuttle bus to the station should be on demand as we were unable to use it as the times were unsuitable. A vending machine available for bottled water would be good as the the shop did not sell it. No shuttle bus to Champino Airport only Fumichino.
Nothing, the hotel is isolated.

Centrum Rome maar beperkt bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer (1x/uur met de trein naar station st Pieter)

After we had a room without working airco we changed room. This was no problem at all. The breakfast was ok
Only the room was clean. The rest of the hotel was not. A lot of things were damaged or dirty. The first room was old en several things not working (airco/ bidet/ toilet) The second room we recieved was much better. There was no transfer from hotel to station, wich was promissed on the site.
