Very nice view from the terrace. Very nice place. Lovely people around along with friendly and helpful staff. Would definetly recommend to everyone who would like to go Istanbul.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful in all questions asked. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting all places of interest and the area around the hotel was very safe. Overall I couldn't fault this hotel and for the price we paid it was well worth it's money.

The Haggia Sophie, Blue Mosque and Basicilla Cistern are no more than a five minute walk from the hotel. The main town centre and restaurants are about the same distance. Everything that is worth visiting and even using the ferry are nearby to the hotel and the furthest distance, which is walking to the bazaar is only about 10 minutes in which you meet the friendlist people.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. it was a complete disaster and no one could speak english or help with our room problems. we had a circuit box that kept making a loud buzzing sound. it was originally covered by several blankets to muffle the sound - a huge fire hazard. we asked them several times to fix, but they never did. we asked to change rooms, but they were completely full and could not do it. we had no choice, but to change our flight and return home only after two days. it was very disappointing. i have already escalated this to easyjet.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt - jedoch klein, aber für einen Städtetrip ausreichend, da man sich ja nicht länge darin aufhält. Die "verstaumöglichkeiten" für Kleidung ist sehr begrenzt (sehr kleiner Schrank). Das Personal ist sehr feundlich.Die Lage ist traumhaft. Von manchen Zimmen und der Dachterasse hat man einen super Blick auf die Hagia Sofia.
