    great location, friendly atmosphere, good food in la scala restaurant. executive rooms very pleasant.

    limited seating in lobby and bar area. bar service very slow but polite and helpful

    visit parliament buildings (just across the road) city centre only 20 minutes by road, bus stop just outside the hotel

    A well presented hotel with good staff, a great dining room and high quality rooms.

    Stormont Park over the road with trailed walks and so the opportunity to relax in the evening.

    Nice friendly hotel in a convenient location

    Never managed to get much sleep due to the noise because of the proximity to the busy main road. The main reason though was some inconsiderate guests were up all night having a party in someones room, shouting and making a lot of noise, it spoilt our stay.

    The reception staff at the hotel were excellent and helped to resolve the issues with the confusion over the booking in a speedy and satisfactory manner. The hotel is well presented, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in.

    Wonderful hotel, very comfortable. Most wonderful hotel bed I have ever slept in. Food was fantastic and staff all very helpful. No complaints whatsoever .

    excellent hotel, freindly and very helpful staff, the room is large, very clean the ensuite well lit, and amply supplied with toiletry and towels. very generous breakfast table, certainly look forward for my nextvisit.

    EXCELLENT , RESTAURANT AND BAR. ROOMS ARE VERY NICE NORMALLY. STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES PREVIOUSLY.

    BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND TROUSER PRESS WAS FALLING TO BITS. THIRD BED IN ROOM WAS A PULL OUT BED (VERY UNCOMFORTABLE). THIS ROOM WAS DISAPPOINTING COMPARED TO PREVIOUS VISITS.
