The lady who ran the the hotel spoke very good English.She was very friendly and very kind.The hotel itself was charming.The room was clean.
None as you got what you paid for.
Visit Santa Maria Novella Church and The Duomo.It was round the corner from the train and bus stations.In fact it was very central to most tourist spots.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Firenze SMN station. Staff were very courteous and polite. Excellent value for money.
No air conditioning which can be uncomfortable in hot weather. Can't really expect air con as standard for the price however.
The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and many galleries and popular sites are within a 15 minute walk. Very close to a large number of bars and restaurants.

Extremely helpful and pleasant manageress; breakfast was excellent. Room and facilities were excellent. I would strongly recommend the hotel.
The only negative was the noise from the buses which ran from outside the hotel.
The majority of interesting sites are within easy reach of the hotel.

The helpfulness and professionalism of the hotel staff ensured that every detail of our holiday was catered for. All requests and enquiries were not only swiftly dealt with, but many travelling and sightseeing difficulties were easily overcome. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel was absolutely superb. The staff, rooms and service were outstanding. The most fantastic comfort and a great price and excellent location. I would highly recommend this hotel for any visitors to Florence it is AAA+ in my choices!!!!
