    Esta lejos, se llega difícilmente, es caro, esta al lado de una autopista y las habitaciones son impropias de un hotel de nivel medio español

    The service that they provided was great. They were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The overall stay was very enjoyable for me and my friend and would definately recommend to others.

    When we arrived to check in at the hotel we were told they hadn't received anything saying we had booked with them. We gave them the Easyjet print out with the reference number on and they didn't have a clue and told us they had no rooms booked. Luckily after a 30 minute wait they gave us a room although it wasn't the double room I had asked for. This is not the hotels fault it is Easyjets, the hotel was very nice.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.

    A bit difficult to get to from RER station, had to do a lot of walking.

    A few Cafe's and Restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel.

    they stuffed up our booking claiming we were only booked in for 3 nights where as we were actually booked in for 4. the attitude of the staff was unhelpfula nd unfriendly.

    Good stay, Just a note to ppl who get off at Paris CDG airport because we had problems finding the place. There are two roads names the same in the area as the correct one and getting off at Acuiel-Cachan station from the CDG train system is as we found not right. You need to get on at CDG, change at Gaur de naud and the if you get of at La Place station the one before Arcuil then when you come out of the station turn right and walk for about 2 miles in that direction you will come to a motorway system and will see the hotel in front of you. Hopefully that will help you check in quicker than we did. Off the plane 21:30 and check in 02:00 lol mainly due to walking up and down Rue C des moulins in Arcueil by the Arcuiel station and not La Place station. Enjoy your break.
